Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original Venezianico box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
