Does my Venezianico watch come with a warranty?
Yes, every Venezianico timepiece is covered by a 2-year international warranty that protects against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
You can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Are Venezianico watches water-resistant?
Most of our models feature water resistance ranging from 10ATM (100 meters) to 20ATM (200 meters). Please check the specific technical specifications on the product page for your model.
